I am an associate professor at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I am an investigator at the Center for Reproducible Biomedical Modeling and involved in many computational modelling projects spanning the cellular, tissue, and whole organ spatial scales. I am actively involved in the development and application of the CellML and SED-ML standards and related software tools. I am also involved in the Physiome Model Repository. I am also the current editor-in-chief at the journal Physiome.
