I am a senior research fellow at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I lead the Auckland Renal Physiome project as well as being involved in many computational modelling projects spanning the cellular, tissue, and whole organ spatial scales. I am actively involved in the development and application of the CellML and SED-ML standards and related software tools. I am also involved in the Physiome Model Repository.
