The latest public version of TEDDY is available from the BioPortal web page. You can also use the TEDDY explorer to get more information on the ontology structure.

The current release can also be accessed from TEDDY Sourceforge web page. For all releases refer to Ontology.


You can contribute to TEDDY through its sourceforge wiki. Please suggest new terms and corrections through the Ticket System. You can also discuss the evolution of the ontology on the dedicated mailing-list.
